Equipment Rules & Rental Guidelines
To ensure the longevity of our services, we trust that all clients will adhere to the below rules & guidelines for the duration of their rental time.

NO Shoes / High Heels

NO Food, Drink, Sweets or Treats

NO Muddy or Sandy Locations

NO Face Paint Vendors (*particularly if renting our White Castle/Play Package/White Ball Pit)

NO Art Supplies, glitter, slime or paint

NO Sharp objects near the play area

No Pets or Animals ​​​​on the equipment

Adult supervision is required

WEATHER POLICY
In regards to inclement weather The Play Company will not set up for outdoor events due to the risk of damaging our equipment, electricals and the equipment being slippery for your guests.

A full refund will be given to all weather related cancellations or clients can also reschedule for an alternate date if the rentals are available on the new date selected.
CANCELATION POLICY
In the event that you wish to cancel your booking please be sure to notify us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made 3 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of deposit or any funds paid to us.
Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to your event date will incur a loss of 30% of any funds paid to us.

DAMAGE FEES
A fee of $100 or more will be applied to your invoice if the equipment has been soiled, extremely dirty or damaged in any way.
If there is any extremely damaged or missing equipment clients will be charged to repair the renta; or full replacement of rental items.
All Fees must be paid within 7 days of the event.
